It’s The End, But Is It Over?

Just to get everyone up to speed, the creation of the Mid MO GRIT blog was a part of my social media marketing class. I am really thankful for all of the knowledge I have gained about social media presence for your brand. I see a lot of potential growth of our presence on social media platforms. With that being said, we have decided to continue our blog beyond my class!

Through my class I learned the importance of your brand being on as many platforms as possible. It is important to share content often on your pages, but it is crucial to share meaningful and useful content for your followers. We have expanded from just our Facebook to adding Instagram, LinkedIn, BuzzSprout Podcast, and this very blog. We are currently in the process of editing drill videos and changing our YouTube from private to public, stay tuned for that!

I tried to be very authentic with our blog even though it was created for my class. I hope that we have caught your attention or you share us with a friend that we can help! We are very excited to start building our brand and I see big things in our future. Stay tuned to our blog, these young athletes have some great talent to share!

Hello Podcast!

We have exciting news this week! Grit is starting a mini podcast and we have our first one ready! We were serious about diving in head first with our social media. Tonight our first podcast is going to be our head coach, Jes. She will be introducing herself and giving a few pointers coming up on the beginning of season. It is always exciting to get out on the field after a long winter. The coaches and girls alike are itching to get these bats rattling and dirty flying. Make sure you check out the link to our Mid MO Grit podcast on buzzsprout.com. Give us a follow over here: https://www.buzzsprout.com/879706/2762263

Professional Profiles

Mid Mo Grit has been blowing up in the Internet world recently! We are proud of who we are and we are showing the world. Grit jumped from our sole connection to the Internet, Facebook, and jumped both feet into social media! You can now find us on here, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. We are hoping that leaving our safe zone of our blog and Facebook, that we will gain a lot more attention from bigger audience. Like we mentioned, we are new to all of these avenues so please be patient while we work out kinks out. Grit has found some great connection and resources through LinkedIn; Monica Abbott, USA Softball, and Fastpitch USA just to name a few. If you are looking to make some connections we would strongly recommend looking into some of these!undefined

Intro

We are a second year competitive softball team. Our softball family is very close, we work together to make sure we are all taken care of. Since our organization is very small we fund our play time by fundraising and sponsorship’s. We want to get our team out to the public not only to show off how hard these young ladies work, but to get some exposure to our team for potential sponsorship opportunities.
